Tami Lyn Enloe (Schultz), 60, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 18, 2024 in her home. Tami died unexpectedly in the night while undergoing her battle with cancer.
She was born September 6, 1964, in Grand Forks, ND to William J. Schultz and Vicki L. Dorsher. She graduated from Red River High School in 1982 and started her working career at Wilkerson Dining Services at the University of North Dakota, before she became a phlebotomist at Altru Hospital. She loved phlebotomy and working with children. Tami loved gardening, baking, playing cards, board games, and reading books; all while drinking a diet coke. She was sharp witted and sure to make you bust out laughing with her clever tongue. Tami was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her love for her family was never ending as she spent most of her life watching over everyone.
Tami is survived by her children, Katie Aamold and Jeffery Enloe, Grand Forks; grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren (Nathan), and Sophia, Grand Forks; great grandchildren Jersay and Landyn, Grand Forks; sisters, Janie (Larry) Olderbak, Kelly Schultz, and Jodi Schultz, Grand Forks; brother, Billy (Amanda) Schultz, Tulsa, OK; many nephews and nieces whom she “loved to pieces”.
She is preceded in death by her husband Michael “Mike” Enloe and stepson Stephen; parents, William Schultz and Vicki Kavadas; her infant brother Jeffrey.
Tami is going to be missed dearly by her family, friends, and her close cousin Patti who could spend an eternity with each other on the phone.
A Celebration of Life (family directed) will be held for Tami on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the American Legion in East Grand Forks, MN. Family and Friends welcome, she will love to see you there.
