Sande P Hodge

Sande P. Hodge, 70, passed away at Valley Senior Living on 42nd on August 4, 2023.

Sande was born on February 12, 1953, the son of Orville and Foy (Recknagel) Hodge. He grew up in East Grand Forks and graduated from East Grand Forks Senior High School in 1971. On January 18, 1978, he married Susan LaBrecque in Grand Forks.

Sande worked at American Crystal Sugar and retired in January 2020. He enjoyed golfing regularly. He was a quiet, kind person and loved his family dearly.

Sande is survived by his wife of 45 years, Susan Hodge of Grand Forks, Sons: Paul, Matthew, Marc (Stephanie); daughter, Heather (Luke) Dudgeon; grandchildren: Faith, Tyler, Joshua, Ryker, and Lula; sister, Delores Spicer of Anaheim, CA; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Dennis, Kenneth, Orville, Donald “Skip” and sisters: Phyllis, Carla, Marsha.
