Scott IV, and his grandson-in-law, Eric Trueblood, continue to operate the farm.
He served on the board of directors of the Valley Bank and Trust (Now Bremer Financial Corp.) He belonged to the North West Farm Managers Association and served on the board of directors of the American Quarter Horse Association for two decades.

John cherished his communications with everyone who visited in person or by phone when he wasn’t able to be out in the community. Thank you for putting a smile on his face during these times.
A very special thank you to the Valley Senior Living community where John lived for the last four years, to the individuals at Home Care Companions for their care during his time at home, and to the compassionate team at Hospice of the Red River Valley for their support.
