Jason Wayne Sinjem

Jason Wayne Sinjem, 52, of Grand Forks, North Dakota, passed awat on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at his home surrounded by family. Jason was born on February 17, 1971, in Grand Forks, ND to Dennis Marvin Sinjem and Shirlene (Nelson) Sinjem. Jason’s family moved to Carson City, NV in the late 70’s and returned to the area in 1983. Jason attended Laramie WyoTech in Wyoming in 1992 and earned his associate degree in Auto Mechanics and Shop Management. Jason enjoyed off-roading and was an avid Jeep enthusiast. He loved to rebuild and customize his own Jeep and to help his friends do the same. He completed the Rubicon Trail in August of 2020 as well as several other challenging trails in Colorado and Utah. Jason is survived by his mother; Shirlene Sinjem, wife; Bonnie Sinjem, son; Justin Sinjem, daughters; Brittany Sinjem, Karissa Moronez and Kassie Johnson, and his granddaughter; Brynlee Lashman.
