James "Jimmy" Lucke

James Anton Lucke, longtime Grand Forks resident, died March 22, 2024 at his home. James “Jimmy” Lucke, born May 12, 1942, was a graduate of Grand Forks Central High School and the University of North Dakota. He served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anton Severin Lucke and Marion Eunice LaBelle, and survived by his brothers Gerald Lee Lucke and Robert Dale Lucke. A celebration of life has not been scheduled but is planned for some time in the summer.
