Gary L. Schneider

Gary Lee Schneider, 72, Grand Forks, died Monday July 25^th, 2022.

There will be a gathering of friends and family on Tuesday August 2^nd at 1pm at the LISTEN DROP IN CENTER'S new location 2100 S Washington Street, Grand Forks. With inurnment to follow at a later date at the Gladstone City Cemetery.

Gary was born on March 16^th, 1950 the 6^th of eight children to Andrew and Selma Schneider in Dickinson, ND. After living in the Lefor and Gladstone area for a few years he then moved to Grand Forks where he resided since.

Gary was a wonderful man. He was a jack of all trades when younger working in a variety of custodial settings, recycling, woodshop and janitorial jobs at the Library and local restaurants. He then retired and loved attending LISTEN day program and the drop in center where he had many friends and volunteered his time with meals on wheels and other community settings. He loved attending the Senior Center for Bingo. He lived at the 802 group home for many years until his last year where he lived at the Valley Senior Living nursing home until his passing.

Gary is survived by his brother George {Mei Mei) Schneider, sisters Connie Schneider, Kathy Schneider and Rosie Erhardt, and many nieces, nephews & cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Arlene Schneider and Sandy Dinius, brother Ron Schneider and brother- in- laws Les Dinius and Ed Erhardt.
