Diana Jean (Stevahn) Randall, 83, of Grand Forks, ND, died on Thursday, February 2 at Valley TCU on Columbia.
Diana was born August 5, 1939, in Wishek, ND, the daughter of Adam & Anna (Ketterling) Stevahn. She attended school in Ray, ND, and was baptized at St. Luke’s in Wishek.
She attended college at UND where she received a Teaching Home Economics and Master of Accounting and CPA UND.
Diana married Harold Randall June 10, 1960. Together they made their home in Grand Forks, raising 3 boys.
She worked as an accountant for Piggly Wiggly, Vern Hagen Farms and Agsco Farm Services.
Diana loved music. She was an accomplished keyboardist and singer. She grew a love of music and performance in her children and grandchildren.
She found expression in sewing and was an accomplished seamstress, quilter, and knitter. She clothed herself and her family: dress clothes, slippers, jackets, vests and gear for outdoor expeditions alike.
Diana was passionate about managing the resources she was given. Her passion for managing and fully utilizing them led to her Academic achievement of Master of Accountancy and CPA. She was 1 of 8 females that obtained that degree to that point. Her gifts were put into service in her home, her community and in her church, with passion, energy and sincere faith in God.
Diana is survived by her husband, Harold; sons, Tim (Boni) of Kelso, WA, Jim (Jeanine) of Esko, MN, Chris (Margaret) of Fishburn, England; sisters, Mary Ann Fitchner and Joyce Ziegler; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
**Memorial contributions may be directed to the family and will be given to: Augustana Lutheran Church, and Minot State University Endowment fund and University of North Dakota Endowment fund.
Memorial Services will start at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 10, at Augustana Lutheran Church in Grand Forks with visitation from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Inurnment (at a later date) at the Fairview Cemetery, rural Glenburn, ND.
