Dale L. Bruski, 66 of East Grand Forks, Minnesota died Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, North Dakota. 

Dale was born on October 29, 1957, the son of Leonard and Virginia (Weir) Bruski in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He was raised and educated in Grand Forks and attended Grand Forks Central High School. Dale met his soulmate, Michelle Aker of 42 years in 1982. He worked for Ronald C. Torgerson Trucking for a number of years, until Dale started Dale Bruski Trucking in 1997. Dale continued trucking until his health began to fail in the fall of 2023.

Dale and Michelle attended the races at River Cities Speedway every Friday night during the summer. He was an avid UND Hockey fan and enjoyed weekends at the lake in the last couple of years. Dale’s great joy in his life was his grandchildren and attending their activities.

Dale is survived by his loving partner of 42 years, Michelle Aker; sons, Scott Bruski and Jeremy (Jackie) Aker; six grandchildren, Keeleigh, Logan, Julia, Jolie, Jadyn and Jacob; sister, Janelle Bruski, numerous nieces and nephews and his dog, Marley. 

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Virginia and his brother, Kent Bruski. 

Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Amundson Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Amundson Funeral Home.
