Amber Marie Remme, age 41, of McCanna, North Dakota passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota with her family by her side. Amber was born in Grafton, North Dakota to her parents, Mary Remme and Juan Jimenez Jr. She graduated from Bottineau High School, Bottineau, North Dakota in 2001.

She is survived by her Mother, Mary E. Remme of Grand Forks, ND; her partner, Daniel Islas of McCanna, ND; sons, Kaden Remme of Grand Forks, ND, Brentley Remme of McCanna, ND, and Gennaro Islas of McCanna, ND; brothers, Sigwald Remme of Crookston, MN, Thomas Lanctot Jr. of Grand Forks, ND; uncle, Charles Remme; aunts, Alice (Dick) Ivers, Pat (Jim) Feltman; and many cousins, friends, and loved ones.

Amber was known for her infectious smile, kindheartedness, and sincere love of people. One of her greatest loves was her children.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2025, at Amundson Funeral Home in Grand Forks, North Dakota followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Nathan Steen.
