Allan Severinson

September 21, 1948 — November 29, 2022

Allan N. Severinson, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks on November 29, 2022. Allan was born on September 21, 1948 in Grand Forks. He was enlisted in the US Navy in his early years and went on to work for 34 years at Altru Hospital until retiring in 2009. He had a love of classic cars and spending time with friends and family. Most of all he loved spending time with his grand kids.

Allan is survived by son Bryan (Heidi) Severinson, East Grand Forks, MN; daughter Mandi (Ryan) Benjamin, Fisher, MN; grand children Jacob, Lydia, and Elliot, all of Grand Forks; Sister Mary Dawn (Jerry) Berge, nephew Scott Berge, and great nephew Jace Berge, all of Grand Forks. He was preceded in death by his parents. Per Allan's wishes, no services are planned. A small burial service will take place this spring at the Thompson, ND cemetery.
