Charles Everett Sprenger, 52, of Grand Forks, ND died Thursday, March 20, 2008 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Charles (Chuck) Sprenger was born April 14, 1955 in Elgin, ND, the son of Ervin and Lorraine (Will) Sprenger. Chuck grew up in Heil and Mandan, ND and graduated from Mandan High School in 1973. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Accounting. He married Lori Moen on October 27, 1978 in Grand Forks, ND. They lived in Minot for 19 years before moving to Grand Forks where Chuck worked for Wood Products as an accountant. Chuck enjoyed bowling and golfing, especially with his wife, daughter-in-law, and sons. He was a caring man, and put everyone's concerns before his own. His laughter was contagious, and would bring a smile to anyone's face. Chuck is survived by his wife, Lori; 3 sons, Matthew (Kellie) Sprenger, Grand Forks, ND; Christopher Sprenger, Grand Forks, ND; Michael Sprenger, Grand Forks, ND; mother, Lorraine Sprenger, Mandan, ND; 2 brothers , Curtis (Cindy) Sprenger, Menoken, ND; Corey (Leaha) Sprenger, Lincoln, ND; 2 sisters, Cheryl (Darel) Horner, Mandan, ND; Charlet (Dion) Feigitsch, Mandan, ND; mother-in-law Kathy and her husband Ed Haug, Grand Forks, ND; 4 brother-in-laws, Mike (Michelle) Moen, Thompson, ND; Randy (Merita) Moen, Mound, MN; Kevin (Melonie) Moen, Grand Forks, ND; Jeff (Rosita) Moen, Reynolds, ND, several nieces and nephews, "adopted" son Andy Jodach, special friend of the family Lisa "Stubie" Stuber, and the family dogs, Buddy and Sophie. He is preceded in death by his father, Ervin and father-in-law, Alvin (Bun) Moen.
