David Myhre

David Paul Myhre, 44, of Northwood, passed away on February 13, 2008, at Northwood Deaconess Hospital. David Paul Myhre was adopted by Harley and Vivian Myhre at 3.5 weeks of age. He attended school at Northwood, ND, from kindergarten to through grade 12. He enjoyed football, basketball, band and stockcar racing. The family took limited vacations due to time needed farming; those were mainly to the Willmar, MN, area to visit Harley's family and church friends. David liked working for Enoch Thorsgard, Northwood, because he liked driving as a vocation. Quoting many people, "Everybody liked David." He was 44 years old and had been doctoring for medical problems with diabetes and high blood pressure. David is survived by his mother, Vivian; sister, Diane Wright; & numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Harley, and several aunts and uncles. FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 18, 2008, at the First Church of God in Grand Forks. VISITATION: One hour prior to the funeral service at the church INTERMENT: (Spring 2008) Washington Lutheran Church Cemetery, Rural Northwood, ND.
