Lila Holter

Lila Mae Holter and unborn, infant son, Benjamin, went into the arms of Jesus on September 29, 2007. Lila was born September 29, 1977, in Warren, Minnesota. She was raised in Oslo, Minnesota by her parents, Harvey and Barbara Holter. She graduated from Warren-Alvarado-Oslo High School in 1996. She moved into Grand Forks, North Dakota, in 1999. Later that year she moved in with the love of her life and father of their children, Michael Frank where she lived until her death. Lila was a gentle, sweet and loving person. She grew up singing and dancing - music was always a big part of her life. She had unconditional love for anyone and everyone. She was a devoted mother, beloved sister, aunt, friend, cousin and caring daughter. She is survived by Michael, their son, Hunter, and daughters, Sophia and Cora;; her mother, Barbara Holter, Oslo, MN, brothers, Jerome (Bonnie) Holter, Arvilla, ND; Harvey (Nikki) Holter, McCanna, N.D.; Elling Holter, Grand Forks, N.D.; and Ben (Krista) Holter, Oslo, MN; Sisters Lesli (Randy) Riskey, Grand Forks, ND; Melanie (Tim) Nelson, Harvey, N.D.; Cheryl (Louis) Wake, Tuscola, Tx; Barbara (Pat) Russell, Manvel, ND; Marlys (Tom) Whittington, Landsford, N.D.; Michael Frank's sisters Terri (Tim) Land, Grand Forks, ND, Pam (Carl) Wilson, Virginia; and brother Randy Frank, Milwaukee, WI; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. She is preceded in death by her father, Harvey Holter, brother Tony Holter, grandparents Elling and Thilda Holter; Jerome and Sophie Boushee.
