Robert Magenau

Robert Magenau, 72, of Grand Forks, ND passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 22, 2007 at the Northwood Deaconess Nursing Center surrounded by family. Robert was born June 10, 1935 in Hamilton, ND to Carl and Rosie Magenau. He grew up on the family farm and worked there until he moved to Grand Forks in 1958. In Grand Forks he worked at Roger Brothers and Associated Potato Company prior to beginning his career at the North Dakota Mill and Elevator in 1960. After working for 40 years at the mill he retired in 2000. Robert was a kind, gentle and caring person who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
