Terrance W. Sannes, 68, Grand Forks, North Dakota, died Monday, February 25, 2008 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks. Terrance Wayne Sannes was born to Theodore and Agnes (Jacobson) Sannes on July 10, 1939 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Terry began employment in Grand Forks at a young age, working at Miller's 8th Ave. Grocery, and Baukol Construction. He married Grace V. Gador on December 9, 1957 in East Grand Forks, Minnesota. They lived in Grand Forks, and also Riverside and Vista, California where he was employed by Kunin Egg Ranch, before moving to Fisher, Minnesota in 1972. Terry then was employed by Concrete, Inc., and later as a semi truck driver known as the "Fisher Flyer". Terry loved to grill outdoors for family gatherings each Sunday. He is survived by a son, Terry (Lori) Sannes, Jr., Grand Forks; daughters, Kay Maurstad (Robert Edgar), Grand Forks, Cheryl (Thomas) Sterf, Grand Forks; grandchildren, Jennifer K. Sannes (Jeremy Olson), Trisha L. Sannes, and Traci J. Sannes; Timothy Maurstad, Gary (Stephanie) Maurstad, Jr., Daniel Maurstad, Mike (Kelly) Cordts, Michelle (Philip) Hurkes, Thomas II (Kristi Peace) Sterf, Naomi (Cory Bjerke) Sterf, Amanda (Josh Winzer) Sterf; 16 great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas and William Sannes, both of Grand Forks; sisters, Marcy (Norris) Loiland, Grand Forks, Beverly Gravelle, Grand Forks, and Gloria (Henry) Marynik, Bemidji, Minnesota; brother-in-law, Robert Gador, Grand Forks; sister-in-law, Joyce Gregoire, Hemet, California. He is preceded in death by his wife Grace, who died June 23, 1998, his parents, a sister, Wanda Sannes, and an infant son.
