Howard Nelson

Howard A. Nelson, 63, of Grand Forks, ND died Tuesday, September 9, 2008 in his home with his family by his side. Howard Allen Nelson was born April 21, 1945 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Henry and Dorothy (Close) Nelson. He grew up and attended school in Grand Forks, graduated from Central High School and attended UND. Howard is survived by: Wife: Brenda - Grand Forks Sons: Bryce (Shauna) Nelson - West Fargo, ND Blair (Elizabeth) Nelson - Pelican Rapids, MN Daughter: Brandy (Emery) Starkweather - Elk River, MN Stepson: Chad (Jessica) Skarperud - Fargo Matthew (Jenn) Skarperud - Scottsdale, AZ Ryan Skarperud - Bismarck, ND Timothy (Stacey) Skarperud - Grand Forks, ND Grandchildren: Blake and Bailey Nelson; Livia and Jack Nelson; Alex, Jacob and Zachary Skarperud; Carson and Emma Skarperud. Howard was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Dorothy.
