Jean Marie Rousseau

Jean M. Rousseau, 79, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at her home in Grand Forks. Jean Marie Rousseau was born on March 26, 1929, in Tracy, MN, the daughter of Norbert & Helen (Slightham) Cutting. She grew up and attended schools in Rochester, MN. Jean married Bill Rousseau on August 6, 1949. They moved to Grand Forks in 1963. Jean worked as an independent sales person for Vanda Beauty Counselor and was a fine fragrance sales associate for Marshall Fields. Jean and Bill enjoyed many winters in Florida. Bill passed away in 1996. Jean was an avid bridge player, she loved flowers, her friends, and her family. She is survived by sons, Scott (Linda) Rousseau of Minnetonka, MN, Mark Rousseau of Grand Forks; daughter, Teresa (Charles) Steinke of Grand Forks; 4 grandchildren Evan Rousseau, Bret Rousseau, LaChelle Rousseau, and Sadie Jean Olson.
