Jacqueline Iverson

Jacqueline "Jackie" Iverson, 71, of Grand Forks, ND died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2009 in Valley Eldercare, Grand Forks, ND. Jacqueline was born December 19, 1937, the daughter of Alvin and Irene (Votava) Benson at rural Fordville, ND. She grew up and attended school in the Dahlen/Fordville area. Jackie married Robert Iverson on June 23, 1957 in Dahlen, ND. They lived in the Dahlen area until they moved to Grand Forks in 1964. She worked as a teacher in the Grand Forks School District until her retirement in May, 2000. She was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church and will be greatly missed. Jacqueline is survived by: Sons: Bradley(Sue) Iverson - Sartell, MN Rodney Iverson - Grand Forks, ND Daughter: Lori Natoli - Grand Forks, ND Mother: Irene Benson - Larimore, ND Brother : Benard (Kathy)- Fargo, ND Brother - in- laws : Lyndell Smith and Herb Schultz Many Nieces and Nephews She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Robert "Bob" Iverson on January 14, 2003; sisters, Shirley Smith and Marilyn Slettebak; father, Alvin Benson; son-in-law, Charles Natoli and sister-in-law Marlene Schultz.
