Gladys O. Molstad

Gladys Oline Molstad, 88, of Grand Forks, ND died Thursday, April 9, 2009 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Gladys O. Bakken was born January 13, 1921 on the family farm in Bentru Township, ND the daughter of Gilbert and Clara (Sollum) Bakken. She married Myron Molstad on August 11, 1940. They lived and raised their children in Grand Forks. Gladys and Myron traveled extensively and spent most of their winters away. She was very devoted to her family and was a member of the Homemaker Club for over 40 years. Gladys is survived by: Sons: Gary Molstad and Sue Gaddie - Grand Forks Dennis (Kyle) Molstad - Grand Forks Roger (Sue) Molstad - Grand Forks Lanny ( Karen) Molstad - West Fargo Daughter: Patricia (Victor) Bachmeier - Savage, MN Sisters: Myrtle Valenzuela - San Diego, CA RuJean Hughes - Green Bay, WI 15 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; brothers, Sanford, Clifford, Norman; sisters, Lorraine and Mildred.
