Merlie Marie Leas

Merlie Marie Leas, 41, of Emerado, ND died Tuesday, May 5, 2009 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Merlie M.(Shooltz)Leas was born May 14, 1967 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Edward and Donna (Dora) Restamayer. She grew up and graduated from Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls, MN. She also attended the Northland Community and Technical College for a brief time. Merlie enjoyed making crafts and especially painting figurines. Merlie is survived by: Parents: Edward and Donna Restamayer - Emerado, ND Brother: Dale (Amy) Shooltz - Fargo, ND Nephew: Devan Shooltz She was preceded in death by her biological father Dale Shooltz.
