Curtis J. Julson, 63, Reynolds, North Dakota, died Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at home. Curtis John Julson was born to Aubrey and Leona (Jorgenson) Julson on February 3, 1946 at Minot, North Dakota. He was raised and educated at Plaza, North Dakota, graduating from Plaza High School in 1964. Curtis served in the US Army, and a Vietnam veteran. He was employed as a truck driver, his most recent employer was M Bar D Rail Technology, East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Curtis married Kandy Worsley on October 21, 1980 at Crookston, Minnesota. They lived at Buxton, North Dakota, Annandale, Minnesota on Clearwater Lake, and moved to Reynolds in 2002. Curtis enjoyed traveling, camping, hunting, and fishing, especially with his grandchildren. He enjoyed tinkering with the "fuddmobile". He is survived by his wife, Kandy, Reynolds, ND; children, Bill Lambert, Grand Forks, Tammie Johnson, Max, ND, Troy Lambert, Reynolds, ND, Jamie (Miranda) Kosmatka, Reynolds, ND, Jennifer (Leroy) Hutchings, Bolingbrook, IL, Christine Jackson, Beaufort, South Carolina; 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Keith (Rose) Julson, Plaza, ND, Ron (Gloria) Julson, Mandan, ND, LaVonne Hodgson, Jamestown, ND, Joyce Harmel, Santa Maria, CA; mother-in-law, Audrey Worsley, Bloomer, WI; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers-in-law, Dick Harmel, and Bob Hodgson. Funeral Services: will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in Zion Lutheran Church, Reynolds, North Dakota. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service Monday, October 19, 2009 in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks, and for one hour prior to the service in the church.
