Everett Crouse

Everett E. Crouse, 67, Grand Forks, ND died Monday, October 19, 2009 in Valley Memorial Home Eldercare of Grand Forks, ND. Everett Eugene Crouse, Jr. was born February 13, 1942 in York, PA the son of Everett and Iva (Bray) Crouse. He was raised and educated at York and graduated from high school there. Everett entered the U. S. Air Force in 1961. He served at Yokota Air Base, Japan, in Lackland Air Force Base, TX and Misawa Air Base in Japan before coming to the Grand Forks Air Force Base in 1982. Everett retired from the Air Force in 1991 with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. He then began working in Civil Service as an Airfield Manager for the Grand Forks Air Force Base. Everett enjoyed woodworking, Ice fishing and was an amateur gunsmith. He married Sun Cha Kim on Aug 8, 1974 at Osan, South Korea. She survives along with sons, Bryan (Karyn) St. Louis Park, MN and John of Grand Forks; granddaughter, Hannora Crouse, St. Louis Park, MN; father, Everett Crouse, York, PA; sisters, Lucy (John) Hoffman, Van Buren, Arkansas and Romaine (Jack) Geesey, Littlestown, PA. He was preceded in death by his mother.
