Jerry Dietrich

Jerry D. Dietrich, 70, Grand Forks, ND died Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in Valley Memorial Home Woodside Village, Grand Forks. Jerry was born March 28, 1939 in Harvey, ND the son of John and Norma (Flatlie) Dietrich. He was raised and educated in Harvey and graduated from Harvey High School in 1958. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in business finance. Jerry moved to Minneapolis, MN to work as an over the counter stock trader for Piper, Jaffrey and Hopwood until his retirement. Jerry married Darlene Johnson in Minneapolis, MN. She died on June 30, 1990. Jerry moved to Grand Forks, ND in 1991. He loved to travel and play guitar, but had a special interest in fishing. Survivors include his sisters, Betty (Norman) Haux, Grand Forks, ND, Julie Dietrich, Minot, ND and Leeann (Ken ) Wolfe, North Carolina and several nieces and nephews.
