Raymond Frovarp

Raymond G. Frovarp, "Ray" age 57, of Grand Forks, ND passed away on April 15, 2010 at home with his family by his side. Ray attended public school in both Gilby and Grand Forks. He obtained his GED during his time of service with the U.S. Marines from 1971 to 1973. Ray was self-employed as a mechanic and enjoyed working with people. He also enjoyed fishing, working on vehicles, going to auctions and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Ray is survived by his wife, Rebecca Frovarp, Grand Forks, ND; children, Paul Frovarp, Grand Forks, Renae (Jason) Gardner, Grand Forks, Jamie Visness, Las Vegas, NV; three grandchildren, Logan, Jaxon and Ava Gardner all of Grand Forks; mother, Joanne (Dean) Young, Drayton, ND; sisters, Karen (Paul) Axtmann, Hoodsport, WA, Lila (Brian) Kirkeby, Olympia WA; brother, Arnold (Karen) Frovarp, Grand Forks, ND. Ray was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Frovarp and a brother Dean Frovarp.
