Donald Harper

Donald J. Harper, 84, Died Saturday, May 29th in Valley Eldercare, Grand Forks. Born March 31, 1926, he was raised in New Rockford, ND. Donald served aboard the USS Santa Fe during WWII then worked as an Area Serviceman for Ottertail Power Co, Lisbon, ND Survivors include: son, Michael (Dolores) Harper; daughters, Kathleen (G. Bruce) Tollefson and Maureen (Eugene) Gerbasi; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Shirley Skotland Harper.
