Gary L. Nelson, age 68, Grand Forks, North Dakota, died Friday, October 1, 2010 at Altru Hospital, with his family by his side. Gary Leen Nelson was born January 13, 1942 in Larimore, North Dakota. He married Patricia Farren in 1960. He worked in the local trucking industry, and worked at ABC Seamless in his later years, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He is survived by Donna Klein; his children, Kent (Ursula), Thompson, ND; Sonia Burley (Alan Strand), Mayville, ND, Mitchell, Grand Forks, ND, Kristine (Jerry Sersland), Grand Forks, ND, and Eric, Stafford, AZ; five grandchildren, Justin, Evan, Jacinda, Meagan, and Eric, Jr.; 3 siblings, Wesley (Von), Bainbridge Island, WA, Gordon (Joyce), Grand Forks, and Colleen Byzewski (Ardell), Grand Forks, ND.
