Betty Lynn Tupa

Betty L. Tupa, 53, of Grand Forks, ND died Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in Woodside Village, Valley 4000. Betty Lynn Tupa was born on February 9, 1957 in Grand Forks, ND the daughter of Leo and Beverly (Laurent) Tupa. Betty grew up in the Grand Forks area and attended schools here. She enjoyed spending time with her family and she especially loved family get togethers. She was also fond of playing bingo, going to dances, shopping and going out to eat. Betty is survived by: Father: Leo - Grand Forks Sister: Debra Tupa - East Grand Forks Brothers: Jerry (Sherry) Tupa - Champlin, MN Tad Tupa - Palm Springs, CA Darwin Ellingson - Grand Forks Step-Sisters: Vicki Odegard - Sparks, NV Tammy Johnson - Grand Forks Kristi Sorlein - Grand Forks Step Brother: Troy Anderson - Montana Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her mother Beverly Tupa-Raymond and her step mother Marilyn Tupa. Memorials are preferred to Woodside Village or the National Alzheimer's Association. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks. Visitation will be for the hour before the service in the funeral home. Interment will be in Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks.
