Dorothy W. Johnson, 84, died on May 16, 2011 at her home in Grand Forks, ND. Dorothy was born March 16, 1927 in Minneapolis, MN the daughter of Edward and Dorothy (Daggett) Wild. Dorothy married Emery Johnson September 16, 1954 in Langdon, ND. She moved to Grand Forks and worked as a RN for over 20 years. She is survived by her children, Steven Johnson, Grand Forks, Judith (Jeff) Pitts, Minto, ND, Keith (Carol) Johnson, Fargo, ND, and Joan (Joel) Morris, Northwood, ND; grandchildren, Joey, Jeremy, Justin, and Jennifer Morris, Brett and Chase Johnson, Brandon and Johnathon Pitts; sisters, Sr. Brian Wild, Mount St. Benedict Monastery, Crookston, MN, Sr. Moira Wild, St. Benedict's Monastery, St. Joseph, MN, sisters-in-law, Jane Wild, Warrington, VA, Eileen Wild, Fargo, ND, and Elsie Johnson, Grand Forks. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, twin brother Fr. David Wild, brother Edward Wild, Jr., brother Robert Wild, sister Joyce (Wild) Mattson, and brother Peter Wild. Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 216 Belmont Rd. in Grand Forks. Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. rosary service Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks, and one hour prior to the Funeral Mass. Interment: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Memorial Park South Cemetery of Grand Forks.
