Tammy L. (Tabatt) Lautt, 48, Grand Forks, died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at home. Tammy Lou Tabatt was born to Robert and Shirley (Schock) Tabatt on September 29, 1963 at Moorhead, Minnesota. Tammy attended school in Crookston, Minnesota, graduating from Crookston Central High School in 1982. Tammy served in the Minnesota Army National Guard. Tammy later served in the U S Army for 7 years as a Medical Specialist. She was discharged from military service in 1989. On June 11, 2005, Tammy married Paul Lautt. They lived in Grand Forks where Tammy was employed by several local businesses; her latest position was a monitor for Dietrich Bus Service. Tammy enjoyed camping, gardening, fishing and her cats. She is survived by her husband, Paul; parents, Robert and Shirley Tabatt, Crookston, MN; a brother, Tim (Holly) Tabatt, and their children, Ashley and Taylor, of Grand Forks; many aunts, uncles and cousins; mother-in-law, Ione Lautt, Grand Forks; sisters and brothers in law, Yvonne (Frank) Kilgore, Pam Lautt, James (Miya) Lautt. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis and Corrinne Tabatt, Reinhold and Kathryn Schock; two aunts and one uncle; a cousin, Randy Tabatt; brother-in-law, Mark Lautt. Funeral Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in United Lutheran Church, Grand Forks, ND. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service Monday, November 7 in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks, and for the hour prior to the service in the church. Interment and Military Honors: will be in East Walle Lutheran Church Cemetery.
