Kimberly Dawn "Kim" Scott, 45, Grand Forks and formerly of Williston, ND died from her fight with breast cancer on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in Altru Hospital of Grand Forks. Kim was born December 7, 1966 in Williston, ND the daughter of Delmer and Linda Scott. She was raised and educated in Williston and graduated from Williston High School in 1985. She attended UND at Williston for two years before moving to Grand Forks where she graduated from UND. Kim worked at the customer service counter of Leever's grocery store in Grand Forks and later at the Leever's flower shop. More recently she was the Office Manager of Modern Information Systems of Grand Forks and also worked part time at Hugo's. Kim was devoted to Grand Forks Scouting and the Grand Forks Soccer Club. She was also in the hand bell choir of Calvary Lutheran Church. Survivors include her children, Kristopher and Kasidi ; mother, Linda Scott, Williston, ND; siblings, Darrell and wife Andrea, Grand Forks, ND, Dwayne and wife Kari and nephew Austin, Fargo, ND, and Kristie Stredwick and husband Shawn, Minot, ND; grandparent, John Richman, Tower City, ND;. She was preceded in death by her father, Delmer and by grandparents, Evelyn Richman, Delmer C. and Ruth Scott. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, July 2, 2012 in Calvary Lutheran Church of Grand Forks. Visitation will be Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in Amundson Funeral Home of Grand Forks, ND. Visitation will continue for the hour before the service in the church. Additional services and burial will be in Williston, ND Local arrangements are with Amundson Funeral Home of Grand Forks.
