Jazlynn Horgen

Jazlynn "Jazzy" Sue Horgen, 8 month old infant daughter of Angela Kollman and Ben Horgen, passed away late Monday from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). She was born November 23, 2011 and passed away July 23, 2012. She is survived by her parents Angela Kollman and Ben Horgen, her older sister Micaela Kollman age 15, older brother Tyler Kollman age 13, maternal grandparents, Keith and Sherri Boyd, maternal aunts and uncles; Brandon (Kristen) Boyd, Amy (Josh) Pagnac, Brenna Boyd, paternal grandparents; Sue and Steve Meyer, Bruce Horgen, great-grandmothers Irene Williams, Junice Horgen, paternal aunts and uncles; Barbie (Brian) Huelsbeck, Brandon Horgen and many cousins. Jazlynn is preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents Tilman "Chuck" (Mary Alys) Stratton, Robert (Clara) Boyd, paternal great-grandfathers Mickey Williams and Clarence Horgen. Precious and always happy, sweet Jazlynn's contagious smile touched the hearts of everyone she met. She is greatly missed. Funeral Service: Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Sharon Lutheran Church Visitation: Friday, July 27, 2012 from 5 -7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. in Amundson Funeral Home. With visitation continuing the hour prior to the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the SIDS Foundation.
