Delores A Baldock

Delores A. Baldock, 73, of East Grand Forks, MN, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. Delores was born November 7, 1938, the daughter of Victor & Helen (Rothecker) Johnson in Mayville, ND, where she grew up and attended schools. Delores married Donald V. Baldock on July 20, 1955 in Mayville. She helped on the family farm for 33 years. Following farming she worked as a CNA for 12 years and was bookkeeper at the family business, Eastside Express. She loved to work in her flower garden and enjoyed spending time with her loving family. Survivors include her children; Scott Baldock of EGF, MN, Judy (Mike) Stellon of Drayton, ND, Mike Baldock of Colorado Springs, CO, and Jeff Baldock of EGF, MN; grandchildren, Dan Mapel of Las Vegas, NV, Ross Mapel of Drayton, Katie Baldock of Fargo, ND, Josh Baldock of Crookston, MN, Veronica Baldock of Colorado Springs, Gage Baldock of EGF; great-grandchild, Landon Mapel and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Baldock. MEMORIAL SERVICES: 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 3, 2012 at Amundson Funeral Home 2975 S. 42nd St. Grand Forks. VISITATION: 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service Thursday, August 2, at Amundson's. Visitation will continue the hour prior to the service. INURNMENT: Soderberg Cemetery, Buxton, ND.
