Melinda E. Lang

Melinda Ellen Lang "Nina" Melinda passed away on September 7,2012 from cancer, peacefully at her home in Grand Forks, ND surrounded by family. Melinda was born on January 15th, 1960 in Park River, ND to Richard and Francis Lang. She married Herman (Jack) Teigen on June 2, 1979. They were married for 16 years and were blessed with two children. Melinda was known as 'Nana', 'a beloved grandma' to many children. Her special way will be missed by many. She is survived by son, Kenneth(Heather) Teigen; daughter, Amanda Teigen; grandchildren, Kane and Owen Teigen; mother, Frances Lang (Bonn); sibilings, Richard Jr.(Rita) Lang, Ervin Lang, Jack(Colleen) Lang, Keith(Julie) Lang, Curt(Karen) Lang. She is preceded in death by father, Richard Lang; siblings, Bernadette Klindt, Bernadine Lang, Terry Lang. Funeral Service: 10:30am Wednesday, September 12,2012 at St Michael's Catholic Church of Grand Forks, ND. Visitation: Tuesday, September 11, 2012 from 5pm to 7pm with a 7pm prayer service at Amundson Funeral Home of Grand Forks, ND. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery of Grand Forks.
