Connie Mae Lunski

Connie M. Lunski, 68, of Grand Forks, ND died Friday, July 12, 2013 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Connie Mae Kise was born on April 4, 1945 in Clearbrook, MN, the daughter of Elmer and Palma (Johnson) Kise. She grew up and attended school in International Falls and Bemidji, MN. Connie married William "Bill" Lunski on September 29, 1962 in Grand Forks. In addition to raising her family Connie worked at Perkins and the Ramada Inn in Grand Forks. Connie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildrenand great grandchildren, being at the lake with her family and watching NASCAR on TV. She will be missed. She is survived by, son, Gary (Charlene) Lunski, Thompson; daughters, Julie (Brian) Kamrowski, Grand Forks, Janie (Dean) Braaten, Grand Forks; sister, Shirley (Don) Lunski, Grand Forks, brother, Randy Kise, Fargo; grandchildren, Casey, Alisha, Ryan and Matt; great grandchildren, Aidan, Chloe, Ivy, Mason and Sophia. Connie was preceded in death by her husband Bill, her parents, a grandson, Brandon Lunski, and brothers, Kenneth, Leslie and Dennis. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 10:00 AM in St. Michael's Catholic Church, 524 5th Ave N, Grand Forks. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM with a prayer service at 7PM in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 South 42nd St., Grand Forks. Interment will be in Calvary South Cemetery, Grand Forks.
