Tad Tupa

Tad Tupa, 47, of Palm Springs, California, went to Heaven August 2, 2013. He died at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Tad was born on June 28, 1966 in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He was baptized and confirmed at United Lutheran Church. Tad is the son of Leo and Marilyn Tupa. Tad was loved by all of his many, many friends and many, many relatives. Tad will be missed by his father, Leo Tupa, Grand Forks, ND and his fiance, Darlene Mager, New Richmond, WI; Tad's significant partner, Dominick Laraia and their companion, dog Zoe, (aka Baby Girl); sisters, Debbie Tupa, East Grand Forks, MN; Vicki (Lloyd) Odegard, Reno, NV; Tammy (Michael) Johnson, Grand Forks, ND; Kristi (Randy) Sorlien, Grand Forks, ND; and brothers Jerry (Sherry) Tupa, Minneapolis, MN; and Troy (Wendy) Anderson, Montana; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Tupa, and sister, Betty Lynn Tupa. Memorial Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, August 5, 2013 in Amundson Funeral Home of Grand Forks, ND. Visitation will be for the hour before the service in the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park South Cemetery of Grand Forks.
