Marjorie Schue

Marjorie A. Schue, 84, Grand Forks, died Monday, March 31, 2014 at home. Marjorie Ann Moen was born in Grand Forks to Wilhelm and Inga (Strandness) Moen on May 4, 1929. She was raised and educated in Grand Forks, graduating from Grand Forks Central High School. Marge was employed the GF Public Schools Lunch Program and later by J.A. Insurance of Grand Forks. Marjorie Moen and Paul Schue were united in marriage on August 12, 1948. He died December 9, 1991. Marge was an active member of Calvary Lutheran Church and faithfully served as a volunteer in many areas for many years. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She is survived by a daughter, Cathy Hendrickson, Grand Forks; granddaughter, Brandi Hendrickson, (Matt Forney), Thurman, IA; great-grandson, Samson David. She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and 4 brothers. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 4, 2014 in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1405 S. 9th St., Grand Forks. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service Thursday, April 3, 2014 in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks and one hour prior to the service in the church.
