Jacqueline Rae Wurzbacher

Jacqueline (Urseth) Wurzbacher 76 of Grand Forks, North Dakota, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 17th 2014 surrounded by her family. Jackie was born June 25, 1937 in Grand Forks North Dakota. She was the daughter of John and Bertha Urseth. She was raised in the Grand Forks area attending Central High School. She married William Wurzbacher in 1956 and moved to East Grand Forks Minnesota where they raised 3 children. She volunteered at the Federated Church along with Sacred Heart Church of East Grand Forks. Jackie especially enjoyed her family, her Friday soup group friends (her "Soupers"), and card group. Jackie is survived by her sons Brian , Grand Forks, Charlie, (Michelle) Sartell, MN and Scott (Lori) of Parker, CO; 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Gordon. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society. Funeral services will be Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00AM in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 South 42nd St., Grand Forks, ND. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 to 4 PM with a 4PM prayer service in the funeral home. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Grand Forks.
