Marilyn E. Schuman

Marilyn E. Schuman went home to be with our Lord, September 28, 2014 with her family by her side. Marilyn was born October 1, 1948 in Grand Forks, ND. She is the daughter of John and Eleanor Durkin. She is survived by her mother, Eleanor; children, Marlya Schiele of Rapid City, Christopher (Michelle) Koon, Grand Forks, Mike (Jakie) Koon, Rapid City and Corinna (Eric) Roberts of Grand Forks; sisters, Carol (Jon) Trott, Shirley (Wayne) Hooey and Karen (Rick) Woodard; grandchildren Hayley, Noel, Brittany, Kaylee, C.J., MacKenzie, Michael, Alexander, Taylor, Evan and Kadyn. Marilyn was preceded in death by her father, John; brothers, Ronnie and John; sister Jane and a granddaughter, Autumn. Marilyn's love in life was all about her family, her children and her grandchildren, her parents and her siblings. She will be deeply missed by all. A memorial mass will be held on held on October 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 216 Belmont Road, Grand Forks. Visitation will be for the hour before the service in the church.
