Caitlin Jenna Erickson, age 28 died unexpectedly in her home February 27, 2015. Caitlin was born on April 23, 1986 in Fremont, California. A short time later the family moved to St. Peters, MO. It's there that Caitlin graduated in 2004 from Fort Zumwalt South High School. After High School she attended Sanford-Brown College and trained and worked as a veterinary technician. Caitlin had a fond passion for lost or hurting animals. It was this nurturing care and compassion that carried over into Caitlin's personal life in many ways. Caiti was filled with love and joy and deeply cared for those around her. She had a smile that could light up a room and a humor that was unmatched. Those that called her their friend often were left in stitches by her wit. She was deeply loved by her family and friends. Her loss has left a hole in the hearts of those who loved her, laughed with her and cried together with her. Caiti had a strong faith in God. We know that when this angel appeared at God's footsteps heaven became a much livelier place. Caitlin is survived by her parents Dave and Jan Erickson of Grand Forks, ND, her son Caleb Joseph (4), her daughter Emily Michelle (2), brothers Jace of St Charles, MO, Kristian of Wentzville, MO, and Jesse of Grand Forks, ND, her grandmother, Myrtle Erickson of Grand Forks, ND, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
