Beverly Greenberg

Beverly Ann Greenberg, 80 of Grand Forks, ND passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks. Beverly Ann Johnson was born in Regina Saskatchewan, Canada on May 29, 1935 the daughter of Joseph and Marjorie Johnson. She graduated from Central High School in Grand Forks. Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and fishing. She was very quick witted and told a lot of great stories, she was a joy to be around. She will be missed. Beverly is survived by her sons, Skip (Rochelle) Grand Forks, Joe, Hollywood, FL and Chris (Sonya), Grand Forks; daughter, Melissa Greenberg and special friend Jerry Thorson, Tampa, FL; sister, Eleanor Johnson, Phoenix, AZ; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015 at 10:30am in the United Lutheran Church, 324 Chestnut St., Grand Forks. Visitation will be from 9:30am to 10:30am in the church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Altru Cancer Center, 960 Columbia Road, Grand Forks, ND 58201.
