Genevieve Holweger

Genevieve E. Holweger, 86, Grand Forks, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 in Altru Hospital, Grand Forks. Genevieve Elizabeth Wilson, the daughter of Neil and Elizabeth (Wagner) Wilson was born June 19, 1929 in Drayton, ND.  She worked 10 years for T & T Seeds and 30 years for the Grand Forks Public School System, retiring in 1991.  She is survived by daughters, Susan (Allen) Vien, Barbara (Ben) Holien; three  grandsons, Chad (Kari)Vien, Benjamin Holien, and Blake Holien; great grandson, Johnny Vien; (these boys were her total life, she loved them with all her heart and soul); sister, Dora (Burt) Graham, brother, Neil (Ann) Wilson; sisters-in-law, Virgie Wilson, Dorothy Wilson and Donna Wilson; and brother-in-law, See Tom and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Bernice Holweger, Terry Wold, Clarice Wilson, Myrtle Barlow and Zona Tom; brothers, Marvin, George and Merle. Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at 2:00 PM  in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place in Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks.
