Eileen M. Anderson, 91, Grand Forks, North Dakota, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at Edgewood Vista, East Grand Forks, Minnesota. Eileen Mae Nannen was born to John and Marie (Manus) Nannen on January 23, 1925 at Delavan, Illinois.  She was raised and educated at Delavan and attended business college at Peoria, Illinois. Eileen married Harris Anderson on March 10, 1967.  She was a member of United Lutheran Church in Grand Forks. She worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria, Illinois and finished her career with Forks Potato Company in East Grand Forks. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was the ultimate family matriarch and was always there to support her family. She loved to travel and never missed family events no matter where or when. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris; her parents; and a sister, Lucille Armstrong.  She is survived by her children, Ron McLean, Orem, Utah, Don (Mary) McLean, Gainesville, Florida, Betsy Polhamus, Boynton Beach, Florida, and John (Karen Scott) McLean, Murrieta, California; 8 grandchildren Eileen Greco, Scott McLean, Eric McLean, Michael McLean, Jeffrey McLean, Meaghan McLean, Leigh Polhamus-Dinley and Trevor McLean; 4 great grandchildren; and extended family Lowell Armstrong, Yvonne Burch, David and Donna Anderson and Elsie Mae and Jim Anderson. The family also wishes to extend their appreciation and thanks to the staff at Edgewood Vista for all of the care and support they gave Eileen during her stay. Funeral Services:  11:00 a.m. Friday, February 12, 2016 in Amundson Funeral Home, 2975 S. 42nd St., Grand Forks.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.   Interment will be in Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks.  Memorials are preferred to the Shrine Children’s Hospital or the Grand Forks Salvation Army.
