Timothy Dwight Hart

Timothy Dwight Hart, 62, of Grand Forks, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. Tim was born September 14, 1953, in Crookston, MN, the son of Dale & Joyce (Berg) Hart.  He grew up in the Battle Lake, MN area before moving to Grand Forks in 1966. He lived for a short time in Colorado Springs, CO and Corpus Christi, TX. Tim held various jobs and was enjoying retirement at the time he passed. He was an avid gardener; he loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest.  Tim knew music and pointless trivia extremely well making him a walking Snapple fact. Tim leaves behind 4 sons, Dusty, Joe, Jake and Adam; 4 grandchildren, Elijah, Jayla, Isaac and Bentley; 2 brothers, Daniel (Michelle) Hart & Jonathan Hart; niece, Tara Hart; nephews, Josh (Melissa) Heffernan & Pete Christiansen and countless friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Stephanie & baby girl Hart.  Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 4 at Amundson Funeral Home 2975 S. 42nd St. Grand Forks, ND. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at Amundsons. Celebration of Life Service/Reception: Immediately following the memorial service at Kelly’s Bar 309 N 3rd St in Grand Forks.
