Carlyle "Bud" James Austin

Carlyle "Bud" J. Austin, 90, of Grand Forks, died Friday, July 29, 2016 at Valley Eldercare Center in Grand Forks. Bud was born October 20, 1925, the son of Clarence & Julia (Austreng) Austin in Alvarado, MN. Bud served 3 years in the US Navy prior to his honorable discharge. He married Elois Jane Larsien on May 8, 1951 in Grand Forks.  They had 2 children together. Bud worked for over 50 years in the Architectural field. He was preceded in death by his wife and son, Timothy. Bud is survived by his son, Thomas(Connie) Austin and grandson, Brian both of Garland, TX. Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 8, 2016 at Trinity Free Lutheran Church in Grand Forks. Visitation: One hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment: Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks, ND.
