Cynthia "Cindy" Dawn Frank

Cynthia “Cindy” Dawn Frank, 60, of Grand Forks, ND passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at her home in Grand Forks. Cindy was born December 3, 1955, in Grand Forks, the daughter of Marvin & Carolle (Danielson) Frank.  She grew up in Grand Forks and graduated from Central High School. She was self-employed as a painter. Cindy is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Rich) Reeves of Alexandria, VA; siblings, Randy Frank of Milwaukee, WI, Pamela (Carl) Wilson of Rixeyville, VA,  Michael Frank of Grand Forks & Terri (Tim) Land of Grand Forks; 2 grandchildren, Rebecca & Zachary and several nieces and nephews.
