Ida Reed

Ida AnnaJane “Cissie” (Yates) Reed, died peacefully at her home on January 4, 2017 at the age of 61. Ida was born March 11, 1955 to John and Edith (Stroups) Yates in Bismarck, Missouri. She attended school in Potosi, Missouri. Ida married Philip John Reed Sr. on July 9, 1971. John was in the United States Air Force and was deployed to many locations until they settled in Grand Forks. Together they had 4 children: Philip (Gina) Reed Jr., Kyle Texas, Alicia (Tim) Bommer, Grand Forks, Karen (Tom Bommer) Reed, Grand Forks, and Bryan Reed, Grand Forks. Ida is survived by her children, 5 grandsons; Damien, Bob, Gabriel, Anthony, and Mason, brothers; Melford Yates, St. Louis, MO, Frank (Darla) Yates,  Sullivan, MO, Raymond (Denise) Yates, Nevada, MO, James (Laurie) Yates, Northwood, ND, Mark (Sherri Raines) Yates, Sullivan, MO, Casey (Amy) Yates, Sullivan, MO, sisters; Norma (Robert) Stroub, Sullivan, MO, Melba Idress, Sullivan, MO, Judy (Robert) Paul, Bourbon, MO, sister-in-law, Audrey Yates, Miles City, MT, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and family friend Lynn Goldfield. Ida was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Johnny, Clifford, Loran, Gene and Jerry, sister Linda, niece Jenny and Nephew Daniel.
