Jacob Charles Clemetson, 24, of Grand Forks died as a result of an auto accident on January 12, 2017. He was born on September 7, 1992 in Williston, ND and was lovingly placed in the arms of his family Paul, Sue and Amanda Clemetson. He attended Manvel Elementary School and Central High School and graduated in 2011. He was baptized in Manvel Lutheran Church and confirmed in United Lutheran Church, Grand Forks. Jacob enjoyed spending time with his many friends and family. He enjoyed snowboarding, video games and the art of persuasive conversation. He spent every fishing opener with his dad, loved spending time with his mom talking about the world and treasured his time with his sister playing games and sharing advise. He was a true caretaker for his many beloved animals. He was a long time employee of Five Guys Burgers and Fries and enjoyed the customers and his many friends that he worked with. He is survived by his parents; sister, Amanda (Thomas) Hjelle; grandmother, Phyllis Nelson; many special uncles, aunts and cousins. He is also survived by his special girlfriend, Vanessa Alanis and his many furry friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Clemetson, LaVerne Nelson and grandmother, Bonnie Roch. Funeral Services will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 in United Lutheran Church, 324 Chestnut Street, Grand Forks with visitation 1 hour prior to the service in the church. Interment will be at Middle Grove Lutheran Cemetery.
