Olga Eichhorst

Olga Georgine Eichhorst, 99, died February 25, 2017 at 4000 Valley Square, Woodside Village, Grand Forks. Olga was born June 2, 1917 at Mayville, North Dakota to Mary and Severin Rosholt. She married Elroy Eichhorst on March 6, 1943. The couple lived and farmed at Thompson. Olga is survived by her children, Robert (Sharon) Eichhorst, and Linda (Vaughn) Quern; grandchildren, Tammy (Ryan) Uhing, Jason (Andrea) Eichhorst, Scott Eichhorst, Steven (Amy) Quern, Cindy Briggeman, and Michael (Diane) Quern; 14 great grandchildren; and a brother, Melvin (Marlys) Rosholt, East Grand Forks, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elroy; infant daughter, Marilyn; infant great grandchild, Zachary Quern; sister, Blenda Egge; and a brother, Sidney Rosholt. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, March 2, 2017 at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church of Thompson, ND. Visitation will be for the hour prior to the service in the church. Interment will be in the Thompson Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Valley Memorial Home Woodside Village, 4000 Valley Square, Grand Forks, ND.
