Robert James Moen

    Robert J. “Bob Moen, 62, of Reynolds, ND, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks. Bob was born August 25, 1954, in Grand Forks, ND, the son of Richard R.D. & Jean (Gjelsness) Moen.  He graduated from Central Valley School in Buxton, ND, and was baptized at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Reynolds. Bob married Shirley Holien Reitmeier in July, 1980.  Together they had 2 sons, Casey and Ryan. Bob farmed and did trucking for many years. Bob is survived by his mother, Jean; children, Casey & Ryan (Brittany)Moen; siblings, Charles (Arlette) Moen, Denise (Richard) Mork, Timothy (Angie) Moen, Michael (Lisa) Moen, Paul (RaeAnn Eliason) Moen,  Jeffrey (Vicki) Moen; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by father, Richard R.D. Moen; sister, Tricia Moen; grandparents, Fred & Elizabeth Gjelsness and James & Adeline Moen. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2017 at Amundson Funeral Home 2975 S. 42nd St. Grand Forks, ND. Visitation: 12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at Amundsons.
