Virginia Johnson

Virginia A. Johnson, 75, Grand Forks, died Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Valley Memorial Homes Eldercare Center, Grand Forks. Virginia Ann Larson was born to Melvin and Berenza (Olson) Larson on August 3, 1941 at Northwood, North Dakota. She was employed as a Unit Coordinator for United Hospital, St., Paul, Minnesota. Virginia is survived by a son, Eric Johnson, Bloomington, Minnesota;  brothers, Manny Larson, Northwood, North Dakota and Robert (Rika) Mandt, Fargo, North Dakota;  brother-in-law, Perdean Flesche, Grand Forks; sisters-in-law, Ilene Larson, Portland, North Dakota, and Maxine Larson, Grafton, North Dakota;  many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents;  brother, Ardell Larson, brother, Orville Larson, sister, Marlys Thompson, brother, Charles Larson, brother, Galen Larson, sister, Karen Flesche, and sister, Carol Larson.  Memorial Services will be  11:00 a.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 in  University Lutheran Church, 2122 University Ave., Grand Forks with visitation one hour prior to the service in the church.   Inurnment will be in Memorial Park North Cemetery, Grand Forks.
